Misty

Misty brings both experience and heart to her role as a Veterinary Technician at Parrish Veterinary Clinic. Growing up on a ranch, she developed a deep connection to animals early in life and knew she wanted to spend her career caring for them. Over the past 20 years, she has worked her way from assistant to a skilled technician, continually returning to the field she feels most passionate about.

Misty values the variety her role offers each day. From assisting in surgery and running lab work to supporting patients and guiding pet owners through difficult moments, she embraces every aspect of veterinary care. Whether she’s drawing blood, performing ultrasounds, or offering comfort during end-of-life care, she approaches each responsibility with compassion and dedication.

Outside of the clinic, Misty enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, making the most of every moment they share. She also loves the outdoors and often spends her free time hunting, fishing, camping, or riding side-by-sides and four-wheelers. At home, she cares for her two dogs, Chunk and Jager.
