Use the appointment booking form provided below to select your preferred appointment date and time for your pet. Please note that this form automatically schedules you; give our team 1-2 business days you to contact you and verify your appointment.

A nonrefundable $64 deposit (the price of our office visit) is required for all new client exams. This deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show. A representative will reach out after confirming your appointment request.
